Cavities and gum disease – no one wants them, yet they’ve become a routine occurrence for many of us. That doesn’t have to be the case. Our approach to dentistry is to help you keep your teeth for life. We help you understand what causes dental disease and what you can do to avoid it. In addition to helping our patients take the best care of their teeth and gums, we are also involved in nationally – funded research projects that are identifying new techniques and methods for treating dental disease.

With its focus on risk-based care, the DentaQuest Oral Health Center is demonstrating that it is possible to bring patients to a disease-free state within a 12-month period of time through a combination of treatment, preventive education and ongoing primary oral health care. Key to this is a patient treatment plan that combines restorative treatment with preventive measures (like sealants and fluoride treatments) and ongoing patient education that emphasizes the individual’s disease-associated risk factors as well as patient self-management.
By focusing attention on the business infrastructure that supports oral health care delivery, Safety Net Solutions technical assistance enables safety net dental programs to find the right balance between meeting their mission of increasing access to quality oral health services and achieving financial viability.
