"If you’ve missed a couple of dentist appointments during the pandemic, you’re not alone. One study published on Sage Journals by A.M. Kranz, G. Gahlon, A.W. Dick, B.D. Stein finds 'nearly half of respondents (46.7%) reported delaying going to the dentist or receiving dental care due to the COVID-19 pandemic'. More than one in 10 people put off going to the dentist during the pandemic because of cost, lack of insurance, or fear that they’d be exposed to COVID-19. Those numbers come from CareQuest Institute for Oral Health."
