Description

Dental safety and compliance are the foundation of ethical, high-quality care. Oral health professionals have a duty to “do no harm,” which includes ensuring the safety of every patient. But beyond patient care, there are standards for dental safety and compliance that encourage a culture of accountability within the dental practice.

Join CareQuest Institute for Oral Health and the Association for Dental Safety (ADS) for a webinar that will explore why dental safety matters. A unique panel of experienced dental assistants — who also bring legal and clinical expertise — will examine common safety violations, discuss potential legal consequences, and offer practical steps to foster a safe, compliant, and ethical practice environment.

Learning Objectives

  • Discuss the importance of dental safety and its connection to ethical, high-quality patient care.
  • Describe common dental safety violations and potential legal consequences.
  • Identify strategies for creating a culture of safety in dental practice.
